The staff was the best part of the experience. The vehicle was old, stains all over the floor and seat. I had to cover the seats.
Terrible experience, when I called to confirm the reservation the person who was supposed to be "assisting" me gave me attitude whenever I asked a simple question. She spoke over me and threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn't comply. I ended up cancelling the reservation. Will never do business with this company.

The 12 passenger van wasn't available so I was given a 15 passenger van right away with no delays. Nice clean place and friendly counterman. Will definitely use them again.
