nice visit, dropping off the vehicle was a little stressful. Got there on time but had a problem with another vehicle so I was in the carnage of the process for the other customer. Took over 30 min because of the other customer
Super easy i reserved online...showed up at 9am... Picked up my car..everyone there was super friendly the place was clean the car was clean...very nice acually...better then. Other agencies i am a new customer i WILL NEVER USE ZIPCAR AGAIN
RSVP process confusing. Rec’d online doc. confirming veh in New Hyde Park NY. 9 mi from residence & near region vehicle to be driven. Called the next day per instructions; Conf misrepresented. Reqd pickup in Brooklyn more than 25 miles from my residence! No choice need in a few hours. Rep in Bklyn cordial but NHP failed to adv Bklyn. The vehicle: 2017/16? No- old 2015; multiple ext dents, scratches, seats disgustingly stain, dirty,DVD broke, odor stale. No travel reimb to p/u Veh. Call me!
Excellent everything. And THEN when I picked up my own car, I found the battery had died. Arturo, the mechanic, was kidn enough to help me out and jump start it even though it was only 8am.
