Will certainly rent again
It was my first time renting with empire and i will rent again with them in the future. Very statisfied.
I reserved a mini cargo van. It wasn't available, I was offered a truck. Had to change drivers, pay more tolls, and gas for a vehicle I didn't want to begin with. Not to mention, I had to drive twenty minutes away to pick up the truck I was offered. I was compensated with an additional 20 miles, but felt as I was being inconvenienced, the least that could've been done was drive me to the other location, or even have someone bring the truck to my location.
I have a great experience every time I rent from Empire. The car that I rented was clean and in good service. I most definantly will be renting from Empire again!

Didn’t get the rental I requested when I specified it through phone . I get to the rental place and they don’t even tell me the car isn’t available the lady just walked out to like a store when the Mexican guy pulled up the wrong vehicle . I then was stuck with the stupid Jeep I did not request because I would have to pay a fee to cancel. They had barely any other vehicles available to be exact no vehicles available but the one I did not ask for!!! NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE SUCKS SERVUCE WAS
