The car was awesome and perfect for our family vacation!
Excellent experience. Shuttle from, and back to airport. Brand new vehicle right off the truck. Stable pricing which is a major plus. Many of the big rental companies fluctuate prices back and forth multiple times a day. With Continental, I knew I was getting a fair deal without having to keep comparing prices. I would definitely rent here again.

We had a slight wait for the shuttle, but given our arrival time that wasn't a huge surprise. It would be nice to have better signage to the rental area, we didn't know where to go when we got there! Other than that, we loved the car, it was great to have studded tires included! Would definitely rent from here again.

This experience was great! From my shuttle driver who picked me up at the airport (I apologize I can't remember his name!), to Sarita both before my arrival date and throughout the whole process, to the vehicle itself; outstanding!

Car was fine. This is an off airport place. There was to be a shuttle, and they wanted me to wait until we had luggage to call. I called, told would be about 15 minutes, took 40 before someone came. The woman at the counter had no eye contact w/ us, did not interact. Car was there and fine, however could smell smoke in it. When we returned the car, was told we would have a shuttle--told shuttle was at the airport and it would be 15 minutes. We took an Uber to the airport!!
