Gracie was wonderful! She extended my rental for a few hours because of the devastating fires up in Willow. I was trapped with the road closure for several hours.
The agency should regularly service their cars
I am actually looking to buy a new car in 2020, and have been looking at both the CRv and the RAV4. This CRV was a great test drive.
Gracie went above and beyond! She is a valuable member of the team there and should be recognized for her great service and personality Pick up and return were a breeze, and the vehicle was perfect! Gracie took the time to go over places to see and really adds value to Continental rental services!
Limited supply of rental cars impacted when I was able to pick up the car. My car was not ready by 11:00am though the staff was able to find a solution in about 20minutes.
