It was news to me that I had to pay extra for liability insurance. I simply didn't understand the ask since it's an Ontario mandate to have mandatory liability insurance. I have rented from several other companies, and all of them had liability insurance factored in their base rates. This was the first time somebody asked me to pay for liability insurance separately.

Harry was very helpful. He saw that we were running late and promptly drove us back to the airport in a hurry. He was very friendly. Based on our experience with him alone, I would definitely rent with city car & truck rental.
