Bikram, who took my information and gave me the car was very courteous. He explained in detail all the Do's & Dont's. The car was very clean and mileage was great.

It was news to me that I had to pay extra for liability insurance. I simply didn't understand the ask since it's an Ontario mandate to have mandatory liability insurance. I have rented from several other companies, and all of them had liability insurance factored in their base rates. This was the first time somebody asked me to pay for liability insurance separately.
