Special mention of Mr. Rahul, he went out of his way to drop me at a nearby location, this is the type of service that keeps customers coming back.

I've been renting here off&on few months, most agents have been courteous, etc, mostly they were bit busy with customers yet they acknowledged me at arrival& did get to me in 10-12mts(just as most other car rental co),Last nite they knew I'll be arriving 15-20mts before closing 8PM,,as l told them day before, to return their other car I had that was due at 8PMish. & at7-20PMish I told them I'll arrive in ~20mts which I did but 1 of 3-agents talked rudely with wrong upsidedown policy info etc...
