The rental office is located toward the back of the hotel. The office is small and the location seems a little sketchy. BUT don't let this deter you away from renting with them. Overall, I had a great experience with them and definitely will rent with them again. The car was clean and the whole experience was rather painless.
Everything was perfect except a sensor issues as soon as I took possession of the car not nothing to make me worried about but did inform them when I returned the vehicle

Clean, newer model cars for rent. Staff are very courteous and professional. Rental rates are very competitive...if not market leading. I would definitely rent from City Car & Truck Rental again, and I highly recommend this company to others!

The control screen stopped working so we couldn’t work out blue tooth or change any of heating options. Called and they said they couldn’t help there was no oil in the car and it kept saying to refill oil. Sensors were off.
