I loved so many things about this company. Not being from Puerto Rico I was concerned about the language barrier, they all speak English really well. I called right when I had my luggage, and they picked me up within 10 minutes. Once I was at the location to get the car, I was only there about 15 minutes. We ran through the information, I paid, and had my keys. I did ALOT of driving up and down the southwest/west part of the island and had no problems. Reliable, cheap and super sweet people!
My only problem was that the vehicle had dents and scratches. Other than that, great car rental.

Worst company ever !! They canceled my reservation without contact me, my flight was canceled and I was running late and car rental took decisions without calling me and in their favor. I wont ever use this company again
Always dependable and the staff is great and friendly.
The service was great I have no complaints of the staff or service given. The car could of been better, in Puerto Rico the roads are rough and they have a lot of hills and stuff and the car was not the best for that type of driving, but overall not bad. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
