I found an internet rate that was unbeatable elsewhere. Charlie Car Rental honored the internet rate without any issues. Recommend making reservation online as this is the better rental rate. All the additional costs were explained in the FAQ section. Rental deposit was returned to my bank account within 1 day. The minivan we rented was brand new. My parents also rented a minivan from Charlie Car Rental the same week and their minivan was in good condition. I would definitely recommend them

I always rent from Charlie's in isla verda and don't have any complaints. The staff is always courteous, friendly, easy going, professional, they explain everything to you about he rental, honest and I love that they are open 24 hours. I always record this place.
The value on this car was amazing this car was not the best car ride I ever have next time I will upgrade to a better one this car I was thinking it was going to be low in gas but actually I expand almost $100 just in gas really surprise About this other than that the staff is great and I will be seeing you guys on another trip hopefully a better car but I enjoy my vacations on my beautiful island thanks
