They were great and was very happy with the service. Me and my wife will recommend Charlie Car rental all of my family and friends and people that I met at church and malls.
We rented a vehicle from Charlie Car Rental (a.k.a. ACE Car Rental in San Juan, Puerto Rico) making the original reservation online. After arriving at Charlie's and completing all paperwork, we inspected the vehicle before driving off. We returned immediately to the front counter after discovering assigned vehicle had been smoked in (against Charlie Car Rental rules). Bilingual staff (English & Spanish) were courteous and---at no extra charge---they promptly upgraded us to a brand new Kia Forte.

The only complaint I have is that the car I was given had quite a few scratches on it.Otherwise the value for the money was good
I di not jniw if it is just the Kia Soul, but the shocks seem to mot work very well.
When we arrived, we were provided clarification as to what type of insurance had to be carried. Because my insurance company would not provide the limits he car company provided stated they needed, i had to purchase their daily $22 insurance. This resulted in my rental costing twice as much. I could have just gone to budget rental for that. The breaking point for me was the rude service. Every agent I interacted with had a bad attitude.

Price was inexpensive but perfect for our trip - no hidden fees. Just would have loved the insurance option more clear on the website.
