Had a great experience with Charlie Car Rental in Isla Verdi at Carolina Puerto Rico.
The office called me on Sept 5 to request I return the vehicle by noon on my drop off day. I brought it back at 8:50 a.m., and was charged $29.70 for gas because I had not filled the tank up. I think that was unnecessary and rude of your company as I legally had the right to keep that car until 2pm that afternoon and finding a gas station that actually had gas was difficult at that time.. Because of this lack of courtesy on your part, I will never again rent from Charlie's, nor recommend them
Everything was great although when I was dropping off the car I waited 5 - 10 min. while the staff finished with someone on the phone. I would expect the one in person should get preferred attention first and the caller put on hold versus the in person waiting. Staff need to be more attentive or trained in that regard.

When I visit PR I alway rent my car from Charlie's Rental. I am very please with the professionalism and friendliness of all the employees including the shuttle drivers. I recommend Charlie's Car Rental to anyone and the price is reasonable.
I wasn't advised ahead of a time of a deposit on top of what I was rated. But luckily everything went right with the car and I got $262 back. But I did paid more than what I was quoted. They did explain why but was at the time of reservation and not on a phone call I made specifically to know that, si ce I canceled with another company because they were asking for a $1,000 deposit. Overall they were super nice and quick and the best, they pick you up and drop you off at the airport.
Great service. They promptly replaced a car that developed a defect, and gave us better, newer car. Great guys.

The worocar rental ever. We rented online on the 27 of August through the 6th of September. When we went to pickup and the guy said he could not see anything i rhe computer even though i gave him the confirmation papers. He didn't have any car available neither. Incredible. Im so dissatisfied and it was my firs time renting.
