I love Charlie's Car Rental! I have been renting from Charlie's for years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The shuttle arrives quickly.
My quote was for a full size vehicle. When I went to pick the vehicle the clerk told me that the rate was for an economy car and that the online quote was wrong. He would not honor the quote for a full size and gave me a Kia. Car was brand new. Other than that the service was good and the best price around.

I love Charlie's. I come to Puerto Rico a lot and I always use them. I call as soon as I have my luggage and I have never waited more than 15 minutes at the terminal for them to pick me up. They always load all my luggage up and get me to where I need to be. I am in and out and in my car really quick. I don't speak much Spanish, and I really appreciate that their employees speak English. It's less intimidating. Everyone is very nice, and I always love my car!
