I received an online quote, but was kicked out of the server. When I got back onto the page, the quote was higher. In all fairness, I later found an email redirecting me to the original quote, but I had already made the new reservation at the higher price. In all, it was a great experience. Thank you!
The vehicel was fine but I believe if I made reservations you as a company should have made arengment to have a vehicle there at my arrival but instead you took 45 min. To pick me up and on top of that never notify me that you didn't have a vehicle there and force me to wait there almost 2 hours before something show up the customer service was below standard.i would consider using you the next time

The deposit was more than the rental, a bit of a surprise as most agencies don't require a deposit (they've got your credit card). I would have liked to paid with another card when I returned the car and had the deposit credited back to my credit card immediately rather than having to wait up to 10 days for my card to be credited with the deposit refund. I like this agency and hope to rent from them in the future. Very courteous and helpful! No long wait in line.
