Out of all the agencies I’ve tried in the past I can say I’m pretty content with Charlie’s . Unlike other agencies I didn’t have any issues with the rental bot being available & I was treated great at all times . Great service

Pickup was okay. Once I realized that I needed to call, it was fine. There should be clearer instructions on whether you just go wait for the bus or call the office. Also, my elderly parents were unable to get in the shuttle, because there was no stool or step up in the new shuttle van. I hope this will be remedied for others. The car and service was GREAT! Thank you, Charlie!
You need more employees over night. I wasn’t picked up for 40 minutes and had to wait 30 more for the car to be ready. Unacceptable.
