I liked renting with Charlie because I felt that I was contributing to the local economy supporting local businesses. But this last time, something UNACCEPTABLE happened. I was at the airport at the time scheduled (2AM), called the store 4 times and they made me wait 1 HOUR to pick me up. Apparently the driver was missing because the guy that I talked to on the phone was trying to contact the driver in more than 1 occasion. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
I was not happy that the quote that I had reserved was not what was given to me. I paid for insurance so that I would not have any deductible and when I went to pick up the car they said I had chosen the lesser plan which I doubt I did but who is gonna check into it at 4am in the morning after a long flight. Not happy with that but overall a good experience.

Halfway through the rental, I noticed a tire was low. Drove by Charlie's and I was in a hurry. They swapped cars on my very smoothly, without a glitch. Great customer focus.

Car smelled a bit like urine. Wishing a couple of days smell was gone. Would like better rates for multi month rates and better membership benefits. Can someone contact me on this? RRLC@Aol.com
