Años atras habia rentado con Charlie Car Rental el cual tuve un servicio extraordinario. Esta vez fuimos y la verdad no fue nada comparado con la vez anterior me arepiento de no aver escogido la reservacion que tenia de primera el cual era mucho mas economica pero cogi Charlie car rental esta vez pagando aun mas pensando que tendriamos los mismo servicios que la vez anterior. El cual no fue nada igual. Quede muy decepcionada.

The only thing for improvement is the waiting time at the counter to pick up your car is horrible. I waited almost an hour and there was only four in line. The rest is excellent
