First time renting a car with Charlie Car rental In San Juan, PR and VERY DISSAPOINTED because I Rented it online and price was $ 175.00 for 6 days but when I get to PR I paid almost $ 600.00 plus the car was Ugly, Dirty, Cigarette odor, so disgusting, I came back next day to change it but one guy told me that in that moment doesn't have any available for the price that I paid for...., VERY BAD COMPANY AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT !!!!!!

Great staff! Great service! Great car! I recommand CharlieCars to everyone who want liberty. A car is almost an obligation in Puerto Rico if you want to explore the island.

Our rental car agent (heavyset gentleman named Romon, shaved head & glasses) was unfriendly, rude, unhelpful & uncourtious. I don’t think he wanted to work or just didn’t like guests. We almost left & went next store to the competitor which we have had great experience with. Our internet pre order & quote was not met, additional hidden fees added without our knowledge with no explanation other than we would have to take it up with the manager. I have been renting from Charlie/Ace car rental for 10 years. I trust them far more than any "national" brand as I have only had bad experiences with the national ones.
