Have rented 3 times from this company (Isla Verde) and every experience has been uneventful and organized. Very good customer service. The shuttle to/from the airport has been timely, easy, and comfortable. No cigarette smell! That’s fantastic!
I had to a choice to pay tolls flat rate by the day or pay $20 plus tolls to use toll pass even though I said I was not going to use many tolls and wanted to pay cash. The man told me that there was no longer cash accepted at tolls. Every toll I encountered accepted cash at tolls! Now I was charged $20 and need to wait to get charged for tolls in the future. There was an automatic toll that I went through that showed a red light, this could be a future issue for me!
Charlie Car Rental is very professional, does not engage in high pressure upsell and has honest and fair car rental value. Why go to anyone else in PR ?
