Took an hour to get picked up from the airport but everything else was great. They were helpful letting me know about the toll roads on the island

two comments. 1. we requested an SUV; the vehicle that we received was a Hyundai Kona which was extremely small for an SUV and not much larger than an average car yet we paid the higher rate. 2. Aguadilla Airport office; the person behind the counter was very nice however he was by himself with no other person working the counter. This made the time to even return the car extremely long since he was also the person renting cars to the folks that had just arrived. Need another person for RTN

Second time I've rented from Charlie's for 10-14 days. Their rates are great and they have very competitive full coverage insurance. Their rate for second driver is also better than the companies I've used in other cities. Staff is always helpful. During the first trip, I noticed one day about mid-rental that a tire was low and I was in a hurry to go to a meeting. Charlie's did a very expedited car swap for me -- no hassles, and I was on my way. Isaac (shuttle driver) was very pleasant.
