They used to have a great tolls policy, and
it was changed; however, the options offered are still good.

A check engine light turned on during the rental, otherwise I had no issues.
the great price sucks you in and then you get up charged at the counter - we were lied to about having to pay the extra $7 a day for tolls - we were told we couldn't pay cash and HAD to have the transponder....extra charges for additional driver and on top of it the fuel needle barely under full and charged for it. Never Never Never will I rent from Charlie again. I would rather pay more at the other places then be duped
I arrived at BQN @3:30 am. Called Charlie Car Rental and told me they will pick me up shortly. After waiting over half an hour to be picked up, I decided to contact another car rental company and were able to find a vehicle.
