My Flight was an hour late. When I arrived at the car rental place they said my reservation was cancelled and couldn't honor my quote. I had to come back the next day to clear things up w/ the acting manager. Major inconvenience but they did eventually honor my rate.
Friendly staff, available to answer questions even after I had left the car rental place. We were able to add a driver to our reservation the day after we rented without issues.
Everyone was so nice and fast
Car was quite dirty inside upon pick up. Last renters French fry under the seat, lots of dirt next to seat, drivers seat had wet/salty spots, and inside of windshield was extremely streaky and hard to see when driving at night.
We love Charlie Car Rental because the facility is open 24 hours. However, this time we rented a vehicle from this establishment we experienced something out of the ordinary. There were roaches in our expected rental so we had to switch vehicles. Upon switching, all of our seats in the new vehicle we extremely stained and the car smelled foul. We wanted to begin our trip so we ended up cleaning the car ourselves and using Febreze to lift the odors from the vehicle. Sorry Charlie, on feedback..
Car was clean and was in working condition. I think the deposit should be 100.00 instead of 250.00. It’s a bit high in my opinion especially if you have insurance covering the vehicle rented.
We’ve been renting from Charlie Car Rental for over 7 years now and we are always happy with their sevice. Will continue to rent from them everytime I come to Puerto Rico.

Very unsatisfied with the service. The third time I did not receive the car I ordered online. I have always ordered a medium size, and I still ended up getting a small car for the same price as the medium car. When I asked for the Manager, He is not available, and the Assistant will not adjust the rate for the small car. It is not fair!! I should receive an upgraded car (bigger size) at least or get a credit back for the difference between the small vehicle and medium. I will no continue rec
