The staff was SO friendly and helpful! They made some excellent recommendations on places to go and see as well as food to eat. Our low tire light came on a few hours after renting and it was quickly taken care of. Excellent job!

Always rent through Charlie rental agency and will continue to do so. Conveniently located in Isla Verde close to the airport.
The shuttle driver that pick me up at the airport was very helpful and respectful.The clerk behind the counter was very helpful explaining any details about the contract.The only thing i didn't like after he was done with me no came out with me to inspect the car it was Night time and i forgot to check the car myself,The next morning when i went to the car,the car did have few scratches and a little dent.I was kind a concern about that,That the company will try to blame me for that.

I had to return the 1st car due to me mechanical problems and tire deflation. didn't recieve any type of compensation for having to take time from my vacation to exchange the car.
