Whenever I go to Puerto Rico this is where I always rent my car. It's the best in the island. No hassle whatsoever. Mayra and Alvarez were nice and helpful.
We have rented many,many times from Charlie's. There are no other rental agencies that even come close to the courteous, friendly, efficient, reliable service they provide. On my last rental I left my cell phone in the vehicle and they went to great pains to notify me and promptly return it to me. Simply the best, better than all the rest. Thanks!!

Horrible staff. Very rude. Tried to change terms of our agreement when I went to pick up. Demanded hard copies of insurance.. stated that they had no record of my reservation or insurance information. Very unprofessional.
