Second time renting a car with them. Love their service. Very professional and helpful with everything. For sure every time I need to go to PR I will rent with them.
My card was credit and debit but the charger me like a debit and was the same card that a use 2017
The car available needed new brakes but they changed out the car with no problem and provided a credit for change of class availability. Very good service.

It was very easy , convenient and fast. The personnel was helpful. I had a minor issue with the rental, I called them and they took care of the matter right away. Love Charlie Car rental. Definitely recommend them!!!
