Please be careful putting Tire shine on the step ups into the van. We had 2 people slip and fall due to how slippery they were.
Wonderful experience!
The car (KIA Sedona) had some weird sound coming from its engine although the mileage was within 30K and the interior was not super clean rather stained with different marks.

Easy and straightforward rental
I didn't know that the office didn't open until 8:00AM. Luckily, I was able to reach the answering service who instructed me on where to drop the vehicle.
the only mishap was getting picked up and that was our fault. the staff was great. Helped put in the carseats, friendly and went our of their way to help where they could. thanks you Lynn
The Van was nice, though when we first picked it up it had a mildew smell. The smell seemed to go away after riding with the windows down for a bit, other than that the rental was good. There was a new girl working, we waiting about 20 minutes for our rental because they seemed to have given the wrong vehicle to the people ahead of us, I would recommend having more than one person working on the weekends including when one has to do the airport run, we live locally so we did not have to shuttle.
