They were extremely accommodating with some special accommodations necessary for a business trip. Amber and Mike were particularly courteous and offered excellent service. We will definitely use this service again for business rentals.

I was dismayed that Black and White did not have the car that I booked available and tried to charge me extra for renting a higher class car than I wanted. If I had not pushed back hard for Black and White to honor the rental contract, I would have had to pay more for their error. Thankfully, they agreed to the original rental price.

We rented from Black and White in LA. They were extremely helpful, and friendly. We were a little concerned having never hearing of them before. But I have already told several friends and family to use them. Plus they gave us water!! Will definitely use them again!

I have been reconnecting B&W to everyone I know. The rate was great, but the employees really made the experience a great one! They went above and beyond. They even dropped my aunt off at the bus stop while dropping me off at the airport! Anytime in in Los Angeles, I will always rent from Black and White Car Rental!

The only downside was that the pouches of the doors in the car hadn't been cleaned out when I got it, but they corrected it as soon as I pointed it out

Office was clean, employees were professional. Car was what we reserved. I would rent from them again! The only downside is that we had to wait almost a half an hour to be picked up.
