The supervisor came to pick me up near the airport. He was there on time. I got the car that I chose, excellent condition . The office looks nice, staff are friendly and professional. There was no waiting line or long time process . The only thing was the car had some technical issues to connect my phone maps app to it.

We needed a full-size car, so we got what we asked for, but we, personally, are not big fan of Toyoto Camry. It seemingly does not have stereo speakers in the back.
