The car was really nice (Toyota Corolla) and the price (less than $20 /day) was exceptional. I do wish they had let us know when reserving online that we would have to produce proof of insurance at time of rental, though. It took a while to call my insurance agent and get them to send the paperwork. I have never had to do that at a car rental place before.

This was my first experience with B&W. It was the easiest car rental experience I've ever had. Not only was the rate better than any competitor, the streamlined system for picking up at LAX and getting me on the road with my rental car, was so exceptional. The return process was also very easy and a ride back to the airport terminal was prompt. I will always rent from B&W in the future, and will be leaving review on social media and other websites.

I took a chance on renting from a company that I was not familiar with, did some research and made my reservation. Everything went great, the instructions they gave were easy to follow. The car was very nice and new, with low mileage. Dropping off the car was a little slow, but got taken to the airport on time.

The pickup instructions from LAX were confusing. We were on the bus to the lot so I called the office and they told us to get off the bus and wait at one of the terminals to be picked up by a rental vehicle. This definitely wasted some time on the front end of our trip.

Great experience. Prompt pick up from the airport lot. Best price of all the car rental agencies. When I was dropped off at the airport after returning the car. I noticed that I left the phone in the car. We got through to the rental location and they drove the car back and I retrieved my phone. A big win for me and now I’m a committed loyal customer. Thank you Black and White.
