Everything is great! the only one thing want to said is the LAX shuttle. Long waiting and crowded.
Looked at others but went with B&W due to the positive reviews. Now I also have one.

Superlative experience from jump till done. Cannot emphasize enough this place is a class act. Way into giving my money to the independents over the corporate chumps, especially when the rates and service are unbeatable. All thumbs all the way up!!!

Staff was courteous and helpful (and honest, which is not often the case with rental agencies), the car was in great condition and everything was perfectly timely. We picked up the car in Beverly Hills (B&W is one of the few agencies with convenient pick up locations outside of LAX) and gave it back at LAX. We never had to wait and the staff was great in both locations. In lieu of a shuttle, to LAX they paid for an Uber, which is just as well. Will definitely rent from them again.
Overall had a great experience and very easy check in & out! Will definitely be renting a car again with this company!
