Pick up + drop off were not as were described by the company. Both took MUCH longer and were full of misinformation. Additionally, we received an email saying there was additional damage to the car....there was absolutely none. Considering how many scratches and dents were already on the car, it appears the company charges extra for 'damage' and never repairs the cars. So disappointing.

Made us switch out the car we paid more for for no reason and gave us another car that was the same. Wouldn’t tell us why they were taking it backing then the new car back tail light was out. Never renting from here again.

The supervisor came to pick me up near the airport. He was there on time. I got the car that I chose, excellent condition . The office looks nice, staff are friendly and professional. There was no waiting line or long time process . The only thing was the car had some technical issues to connect my phone maps app to it.
