Everyone was fantastic--the car was better than we expected to get--and the rate and car seat were great. The one little glitch between the web reservation and the on site staff near LAX was handled quite well. I've already recommended this to some friends in LA!

All of the areas were above average. Happy that they were close to my work. I didn't have to drive to LAX for a good deal. I hope to rent from there again...but not too soon :)
