I had not heard of B&W before so I was a bit anxious. The pick up in a car at the airport was the best!!! Very nice people, clean and perfect car, efficient..on the return they took me back to the airport in good time to catch my flight. Love the "princess" pick-up and drop off. Will definitely use them again, probably at Christmas! Thanks

The employees at Black and White were so friendly and willing to help us with directions and suggestions for restaurants and things to do while we were in L.A. Will definitely rent from here again.

Car was keyed (scratched) - did not take CDW, rental agency sent bill for over $300 to fix scratch - problem is, estimate attached to bill is for damage that was already done to car before we rented, as evidenced by pre-rental walkaround paperwork. So now have to fight with rental company to get corrected. They also want to charge a full day's rental for taking the car out of service for approximately 3 hours. Will probably not rent from them again.

Everyone was fantastic--the car was better than we expected to get--and the rate and car seat were great. The one little glitch between the web reservation and the on site staff near LAX was handled quite well. I've already recommended this to some friends in LA!

All of the areas were above average. Happy that they were close to my work. I didn't have to drive to LAX for a good deal. I hope to rent from there again...but not too soon :)
