I reserved, six weeks ahead of time, a car of class "CC COMPACT." Upon arrival, I received a large car of class "FS FULL SIZE." Crystal swore that they were the same class, but the system sent me a new confirmation email the day of pickup with the class modified to reflect "FS FULL SIZE." So I was stuck with a big car. The car was fine, but for parking and gas purposes, I wanted a compact car.

Good experience with rental company. After getting off plane, you call the company and they come pick you up in your rental car. The staff is friendly and it was a simple and easy process.

I loved how efficient it was to get picked up and checked out. The last thing you want to do is spend your time waiting for an airport shuttle, waiting for the airport shuttle to make a slow tedious loop to all the terminals, and then stand in line. BW rental picks you up in your own car, zips right over to their office, takes payment, and gets you on your way. Excellent for those flights that land with minimal time to spare before your meeting. Highly recommended!

My husband and I travel quite often. Black and White Rent A Car in LA was the most pleasant experience we have ever had. They were prompt, picked us up from the airport and returned us to the airport with time to spare. We rented a van for seven people and were promised all luggage would fit and it did! The cost was considerably lower than other places we priced online. My brother is headed to LA this summer and we have already suggested Black and White Rent A Car to him.

I flew into LAX from Australia for my son's wedding & needed everything to go smoothly. The staff at all levels were very helpful, from email communications with the rental office prior to my traveling, getting picked up at the airport, getting the car, and getting back to the airport after returning the car. The staff was great, the price was significantly better, and everything went perfect. Whenever I come to visit my son, I will be using B & W ... I highly recommend them to others.
