Very good rates compared to the major ones. Nice clean cars. Great experience for my first time renting a car. Friendly staff at the office, very clean car, no hidden surprises, great rate. The car was brand new, super clean. Highly recommended.

For only a small price increase, I was able to have something fun to drive while in LA versus a more mundane car appliance. I shopped around and their prices for their specialty vehicles were the best, I will definitely use them again.

The paperwork was ready for me by the time I was driven from the airport to the rental agency. Everything was as I had reserved it, and there was no pressure to take additional coverage beyond the collision damage waiver that I had chosen. The process could not have been more efficient and pleasant.

My only negative comment is that I was not told that I had to have the car back on the return day by the same time of day that I picked it up or be charged the full daily rate which was double or more than the rate I was paying for the week. I feel that it should have been pointed out that I needed to have the car back by the same hour of the day that I picked it up. The staff was indifferent to my concern and offered no apology for the over site.

I reserved, six weeks ahead of time, a car of class "CC COMPACT." Upon arrival, I received a large car of class "FS FULL SIZE." Crystal swore that they were the same class, but the system sent me a new confirmation email the day of pickup with the class modified to reflect "FS FULL SIZE." So I was stuck with a big car. The car was fine, but for parking and gas purposes, I wanted a compact car.
