Everything was fantastic, I would suggest renters have the ok from their insurer if you are going to use personal insurance for the rental, or to have the phone number ready. Given my experience, next time I am in LA I would never dream of going anywhere else, and I am a member at Enterprise and Hertz. The value was unparalleled, and the customer service perhaps the best I have received in any car rental agency anywhere!!

I was a little unsure, as I had never heard of this company before. They were GREAT!!!! Staff excellent and the best value around on a car. Too bad they are only in California, but I will be using them again should I be in their service area

I wish I could know about B&W car rental earlier. I travel frequently and this is the best service i ever had. Jonathan was great to work with. I already recommended to my colleagues and friends!!

This was by far the best rental experience I've had. Picked up from and dropped off at the airport, with no delays or issues at pick up or drop off. Brand new, spotlessly clean car. Friendly staff who weren't pushy at all. Highly recommended.

Drop off was a bit lengthy due to the wait for assistance. I parked and called and had to wait before someone came down. But it was definite;y great service once the attendant came down for check out.

Booking the car, getting it and returning it all were smooth, the only issue was that you were not upfront about the compulsion of purchasing insurance. That information should be provided while booking the car online instead of at the agent location.

The car was fine, but the check-out and check-in process was tedious. Long delay verifying my insurance, long inspection for damage both on pickup and return, original car offered didn't have a USB port for iPod playback (agent didn't know that), took a while to clean up one that did, then go through the inspection again. Wait for pickup at airport wasn't bad, but I didn't receive a call telling me that the drive rwas on his way. Lucky we found each other. Would think hard about renting agai
