I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was reluctant to rent from a small company, but based on their reviews I decided to give them a chance and am glad I did! The car was in great condition and the employees were extremely nice and helpful. My highest compliment goes to the staff who helped when I returned the car, as I was running late for my flight and they expedited the check-out process so I could be at the airport on time. GREATLY appreciated.

We waited more than 45 minutes after we called. We called back once and they said "traffic is bad" but I am pretty sure they forgot to send the car. The drive asked "did you have to wait long" and we said "45 minutes" and he replied "wow". There is NO way it would take more than 20 minutes in the worst traffic.

Best car rental company ive dealt with- getting picked up and dropped off in my rental car was like a private car service to and from the airport. No shuttle buses, walking to bus stops with luggage, etc. Great service, and prices. Will definitely use again and recommend.

A unique rental experience...from pickup to return. Jonathan, our agent, was very courteous and knowledgeable...and did a thorough pre inspection on the vehicle. We had to extend the rental one day and that was priced very fairly, at about the same daily rate we had for the five week rental period. I'd definitely use B and W again.

Black & White Car Rental did not try to sell, trick, or schmooze us into an upgrade. They just gave us the car we wanted -- it was equivalent in rate to the type of car we had reserved. After a long day of travel, we appreciated not having to say "no" over and over to a hard sell (unlike some other national car rental agencies that have tried to take advantage of us). We will definitely use Black & White Car Rental again.

Courteous pick up from the airport by a friendly staff member in the car I would take home. Quick and easy check in process and even made a quick Keureg cup of coffee while I was there. They even dropped us off at the airport. Will definitely rent from again
