The car we were given was junk! The windshield wipers didn't work and the car had many dings, dents and blemishes. Terrible car.

Horrible. AVOID. No service whatsoever and the price only slightly lower than full service company. Now I learn that I will be charged an additional almost $800 for mileage, when of course I assumed there was unlimited mileage since the price was barely lower than competitors with unlimited mileage. This doubled the price of a 10 day rental, and I did not drive so very much. Extremely disappointed and rather disgusted. What a waste of money and how enraging and stressful to experience this.

Really loved the pickup drop off process. Much better than the usual agencies where there is usually a very long line and long wait.
