This was my first time using Carzi. I had some hesitation using a contactless rental service due to some poor reviews. This was the easiest and best car rental experiences I have ever had AND it was the least expensive rental too. Would absolutely rent from carzi again. Wish this was in all cities.

Instructions sent for car pickup were very clear and easy to follow. Loved being able to skip the hideous service counter experience which should be a thing of the past. I will use Carzi again.

I was notified via email a few hours before I was supposed to pick-up my rental that the car has been returned damaged and my rental had been cancelled. There was no mention of apology or an attempt to get me a different vehicle. Simply a blunt email cancelling my reservation, leaving me in a complete bind. I will absolutely encourage friends and family to never rent with Carzi and I am beyond disappointed in the lack of customer service and care.

The car pick up process was confusing . They only had 1 car available. Within 20 minutes Of picking up the car there was an tire issue Took the car to a tire shop and they said it was unsafe to drive the car. Agency did not offer a new car and to bring the car back. they did not offer any apology. When I told him the car is unsafe to drive due to the tire, they simply said leave it at the shop and will tow it. I was left Carless
