Cost was very expensive after all the fees were added. Thee fees did not show up until the final contract was presented. Sort of false advertising. Interior of front windshield was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. Had to clean it myself. For $500 I didn't expect to have to clean the car to make it driveable. Texted a question and it took an hour and a half to get an answer. By that time, the question was moot.

As long as Carzi is in business, I can't imagine renting from another car rental company in Phoenix.

They cancelled my reservation, but at the same time had other cars available at a higher price. Customer care wouldn't/couldn't fix the issue. They still haven't returned my money. Worst company ever.

The car was sort of banged up, was not as new as I expected, but ran just fine and had the basic features you need for getting around. The overall cost was good and I feel it was a good value. I would definitely rent again.

Great service. However, I was told my car was in the incorrect row. I was told by the shuttle driver my car would be in row 8. I was not told that row 8 actually encompassed 2 rows. After texting the Carzi #, I was able to locate the vehicle.

The car was great however the key would not lock the car unless I locked it from the inside. It was clean and ready to go however and everything else went well.
