Easy, seamless rental & return.
Easy and smooth rental experience. Follow the instructions and timeline for doc submission, makes for a very easy transaction. Short wait for shuttle. 400 miles given for reservation kills it for me though. Pay another 50 and another company gives unlimited miles. Definitely changes liklihood of using this company again.

I did not use this agency because they have a lot of hidden charges. For example, the car rental is not unlimited mileage. The rental location is unknown and they wanted you to wait for an email to tell you how to pick your car up. It’s none-refundable. Even I tried to cancel right after 5 mins they still charge me a fee. I would be really careful and read the reviews before using this company.
Worst experience ever. The website allowed me to use my fathers credit card to reserve the car, and the pre-check in also allowed me to use it for deposit. But when I showed up they said they had cancelled the reservation, because the name on the card and the reservation were different. That was bad enough but then the customer service representative actually said I was a “moronic customer” who can’t read the booking terms. In a text no less, so I actually have it in writing. The interior of this vehicle was torn and the dirty.
Excellent, No issues with the rental company, No issues with the management. I found everything quoted as well as mentioned was Right on the money, PERFECT !
