Very fabulous customer Service!!
I had never used such a "contactless" rental car service before so I was a bit hesitant. Everything went very smoothly as it all went exactly as indicated in the e-mail from the shuttle pick up at the airport, the car being exactly where it said it would be, the lockbox code, etc. etc. Would definitely rent a car using this same method again in the future.

Upon my arrival in Phoenix on 9/1/2023, I was notified via text message that Carzi was sold out for the day. When I inquired when my car would be available and indicated that I had an appointment at 9:00am, I received the following text message, “ Ive gone ahead and cancelled your reservation. We would prefer you book elsewhere. Good day.” There is absolutely no way I can recommend that car rental company to anyone.

Shuttle driver was the only one I talked to, he had literally never heard of carzi. When I returned it, staff member didn’t know anything about carzi, she just said they rent space from the parking lot. The car was clean, but smelled funny inside. I still don’t have a confirmation that the car was returned or a final bill or that my deposit was refunded, no phone number to ask questions. I’ll never do this again, rather pay the extra five bucks a day for even a fraction of customer service
Easy and a great value!
Overall a great experience. I would just say to make sure that the Shuttle Drivers know how to direct passengers better to where they can locate their vehicles.
