It's always unnerving when it is contactless, but the vehicle was equal to or better than requested, full of fuel, clean and in good running order.

Fraudulent bussines. They ask for damages to the car that were already there. Even if you pay, they send the information to a collection agency. I will let everyone I know, not to do business here.

For a contactless company, communication needs to be better. It feels as if information is intentionally hidden in order to incur fees or penalties. Certain expectations (like refuel, drop off procedures, etc.) should be communicated BEFORE booking, or least immediately after. I can see why have awful experiences.

My rental car had windshield damage but it was not inhibiting. The brakes should be looked at. They squeaked when braking at slow speeds (under 20mph). Otherwise, thank you!

I would like to be able to enter the insurance information on the day before the rental, rather than just prior to the rental. It would speed up and simplify the process a lot. We were just smart enough to realize that you may need insurance information at the airport after landing so we thought to bring that with with us.
