We called two months ahead to rent a 7-person vehicle. They said they had a vehicle and quoted a price that we were comfortable with and completed a reservation. They said they would meet us at the airport. When we arrived no one was there. Ultimately we found someone. They said they did not have the vehicle. They did find us another company that did, however the rate was $300 higher. They would only pay $100 to the difference. A Seinfeld says the hard part about a reservation is keeping it.
Reserved vehicle Oct 18th via internet for Dec 25th-Jan 3rd, called and verified Reserved. Called and verified Dec 18th, was told car was reserved. Arrived to Jamaica Dec 25th. Went to be picked up, no one there. Attendant called Apex, gave them reservation number, and was advised vehicle had been rented out from under us and they didn't have anything to rent. Will NEVER rent from them and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
My wife and I enjoyed our experience visiting Jamaica, and Apex helped us have a smooth ride from Montego Bay to Treasure Beach!
