Staff was on time on my arrival.
The car worked like it should, very reliable.
Staff was a little late picking up the vehicle before my departure.

vehicles need to be service and looked after. they need to make sure that the cars are all up to par. front end problems interior dirty. apart from that very helpful staff.
I found this car rental company to be unprofessional. The car I received was not the car I paid for and I have yet to this day have not been refunded the difference. The car was not clean both inside and outside. I would never rent from this establishment again or even recommend them. It is a very sad story!!!!!!!

I had requested the car to be delivered 8 am as I did not want them to wait on me but I came out before 7 and while I was waiting decided to call and in no time Renee showed up with the car! We did our business and in no time we were on our way. My wife loved the car so much she wanted to bring it back to Florida with us, as we left out the morning to returned it we called Apex and as I pulled up in the departure line and exit the car they were there to receive it! Awesome service!!! Thanks!
The car that was stated on the website was a Toyota yaris but we got a mini car but wasn't bad at all just a little packed up.
my wife and i was very please with the car we received, and the young lady Renee was certainly a great help to us, our flight was delay and at that time of the early morning not knowing our way in the city of Kingston she went out of her way to make sure we arrived safely to our destination, we are very much please and will always use and recommend Apex car rental to our family and friends.
