I have being renting from Apex over two years now. They have the best customer service ever and the staff is friendly and treats you well. I recommend them all the way. Apex car rentals is the best.

Everything was nice, easy, and seamless. I was greeted kindly and professionally . The whole experience made my trip much more enjoyable. I thought it would be a hassle renting from a place outside of the airport, but they really do take care of you from start to finish.
The fact that Apex allows 21 yrs old persons to rent makes me want to give them 10 stars and I'll go with them again when I'm older and recommend them. Car smelled new btw.

It’s a great company we always get what we want, but they need to do a more thorough check on vehicles before renting them.
Just minor adjustment that can work on like am drop off of vehicles.
The services provided was good overall I do believe they need to have more newer cars available though
