Had a great experience with rental
The car was in good condition.
Our group had to find someone else to rent from as there was no one at the airport to pick us up.
Excellent service. Car was clean and ready at the time promised. Also, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
The rental was best. The car did run through gas quickly.
When I arrived to collect the car, nobody was there to meet me, & when I called the contact # from my confirmation email - a lady answered without identifying herself as Apex & said the reservation was cancelled because they didn't have any cars & then she promptly Hung up on me
We booked a rental on line for 3 days with the car to be picked up at 8:30 am. When we arrived at the rental shop it was shut so we waited around for a while as there was no answer on the phones. After waiting an hour we finally got hold of someone on the phone only to be told there was no car available and our booking was cancelled. No apologies or anything. Terrible service and experience.

I was a bit nervous at first because I arranged for the car online. Before my trip started, the agency contacted me to confirm reservations and notified me that someone will be at the Airport to pick me up. Once in Jamaica; all was wonderful, it was so good and affordable that we extended the duration of the rental with a simple call! If your are in need of a reliable, efficient Rental Company, choose Apex.
Not enough petrol in car to start with, improvement needed. No room for negotiation of rates, as rates are fixed.
