Rental worked out well. Vehicle was clean and no mechincal problems. Been renting from Andy's for years!
Everything was perfect.
The staff is friendly and helpful. As always, the quality of the cars is mediocre. They do the job for the amount of miles I typically drive on the Island, but the car itself is somewhat junky. The steering wheel was torn, the AC was average, the radio did not work and the trunk was falling apart. They need to upgrade their fleet.
The car was so run down and gross that I don’t see renting from Andy’s again next season. I don’t need a car that is brand new, but this car had stained seats, delaminated plastic and a dashboard destroyed.
Absolutely raccomended
The Kia we were given was a terrible vehicle. While it worked well mechanically, its general condition was not good with poorly operating seat belts, a substandard appearance and very rusty in several places. There was black tar on the door jambs which came off on your hands when touched. The car ‘bottomed out’ when going over speed bumps due to having four suitcases and four adult passengers. Not a pleasant ride at all. Next time I will ask to see what car I am offered before I sign a contr
The rental process was easy. Car pick up was easy. The return process was easy. Vehicle was new and in great condition.
The rental was adequate, but the exceptional part was the service. My son locked the keys in the car (it can still happen even with fob) and they came out promptly and opened the4 car so we could continue our day.
