We have another 2 cars rentals planned for July 11-18. Andy’s is always excellent! The survey is hard the dots don’t show if it’s exceptional or poor. I guessed the first dot was the best but the page doesn’t load correctly to read the options.

The car was quite old and had a mechanical problem during the rental period. Requiring replacement. Important to have better car quality.

Total scam. Terrible car condition, which I can tolerate as an island car at a low rate. However, the many insurance "limitations" that were sprung on me at time of rental made the purchased insurance meaningless. These should have been posted on the website, except of course I never would have rented with full information. I expected more from Andy's - a name that I have known in Cayman for many years. Highly disappointing to see such shady business practices.

No pressur, but due to my loyalty and frequent bookings, I would wish for a surprise of an upgrade at sometimes on the house, like the other place down the road. :-)

We had a flat tire on our vehicle within hours of picking it up. When we called, they came right away and switched our vehicles for us.
