Rented several times with Andy's. The last two times were not satisfactory. Was given an older vehicle that was dirty and worn inside and out. Key fob did not lock/unlock the doors. Radio screen was blurred. Cars were older, dirty and basic. Previously had been given cleaner and newer vehicles.
Nice and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.
We keep coming back to Andy's Rent A Car year after year. Good value, great service, and we've never had an issue with anything. Not much else to add.
Great rental car company
The original car supplied - a KIA - was in terrible shape. Cracked and missing vinyl on the dash & armrest, the interior was dirty, stained and smelled. The review mirror would not stay in position & the drivers seat would not stay in its position. The safety belts only retracted part of the time. As this was the only car available on the day I checked in, I accepted it. On the next day I was traded for a new KIA of the same specifications that was in great shape.
Car was old and looked it. Imagine how old a car has to be In Grand Cayman to have 57K miles on the odometer. Yes, miles and not kilometers. Car looked bad inside, tires needed air and wiper blades were useless. This is the worst one yet from Andy's, and not so sure we are getting the best price anymore.
Everything was great except the vehicle's transmission was a little funky.
It was a great overall experience with Andy's Car Rental and I would definitely use them again.
Great experience - was one problem with stuck gas compartment.
The agents were fine and I got my car as promised…..but it was a beat up old clunker. Kinda embarrassing to drive. It made it throughout the week and the price was good. They had a choice to give me something better and didn’t. Good grief the front fender was falling off and the agent just pushed it back on. Thought i might be getting filmed for Saturday Night Live. This is not the way you treat returning customers.
