One person working the counter. I went to "Reservations" window and waited. No sign saying this window is closed. Person working window did not inform me that I needed to que up in the line to her window. After 10 minutes wasted, I got in line. When i commented to the teller that it would have been nice if she could have put up a sign or verbally told me to get in the line, she ignored me. All in all it was rude and unwelcoming. Also, big smudge on interior of windshield mid-view!

Loved the vehicle, service at Andy's was excellent and no surprises on the Bill. I would definitely rent again from them.

The first car they pulled up had 3 flat tires, then the next one had what looked like another flat tire, but I was sent on anyway. The next day it was obvious that this one also had three flat tires that were slowly leaking air. I called and within a few hours, they came and switched out cars completely. Nice work!

The rented Ford Explorer was serviceable but was not in the best condition and not a current body style. It had definitely been in the fleet for a number of years.

When I turn my car in I forgot and left my phone in the car. I did not realize it until I had walked back to the airport. I was quite upset about that. I turned around to try to walk back to get it when I realized the agent had followed me all the way to the airport and handed me my phone. Thank God.! That was over and above my expectations. I thanked him and offered him some money but he refused and just said thanks for renting from Andy's. Thank you. Great experience.. andy's rental agency
