The lady who brought the car to the rental office that we picked it up at was super nice very helpful very informative. And then we ended up seeing her when we turned the car back in at the Cayman Island airport once again. She was very helpful very polite very nice.

We've rented from Andy's several times. The past few times we've been given older vehicles. This time it was a 12 year old car that was dirty on the inside and not ideal. The key fob did not lock or unlock the doors and I really am disappointed with the cars we've been given. The price was the only good thing, but I'd rather spend some more money and get a newer and nicer car next time. I will look to rent from another company in the future.
