Overall my rental experience was good. The initial employee when I came into get my rental was not great. Once we got outside to the car he said almost nothing, did the walk through, didnt tell me what he marked that was wrong then handed me the keys and walked away without saying anything. Thankfully, the car was fine and I am young enough to figure out cars easily without asking questions. The staff when returning was lovely-

Original car offered was smaller than reservation. It would not fit luggage. Second car offered matched reservation (Suzuki Entriga) but was old and the AC fan made a loud noise. Returned to rental counter and was offered another Suzuki Entriga that was very old. It had 75,000 plus miles and front right wheel was warped. We drove this rental for 2 weeks without major issues but it was not a pleasant experience. Will look elsewhere next trip.

The first car had a mechanical sound issue that needed attention. They promptly provided an exchange car that worked properly for the remainder of our three week stay.

Place was fine. People were nice and it's right beside the airport so very easy to get to by a short walk after arrival. Only complaint was the car was a little wore out. Had either a bad tire or needed some front end work. Had a pretty annoying shake in the steering wheel. But i didn't say anything cause it wasn't terrible. They may have exchanged it I don't know.
