Superb service from Andy’s Rent a Car, West Bay Road, Grand Cayman. Excellent communications when having booked a 5 seater, then change to a 7 seater to accommodate 2 unexpected guests. The whole experience with their staff was faultless. They offered to drop us back at the cruise ship terminal, which they did as an added free perk. That was the icing on the cake! Thank you to all the wonderful staff who helped with the whole process. Great team!

The pick up rep was unfriendly, rude and treated us poorly. It was a terrible experience. He mumbled something under his breath as he walked away from the car. There were some unmarked scratches on the car that we wanted noted. However, on the return to drop off the car, there was a wonderful, smiley, happy and helpful woman. She turned around our thoughts of Andy's. I suggest you speak with the man who check us in about his behavior to travelers.

I felt the quality of the car offered was below my expectations. The seat belt on the passenger side was faulty and although we took it back to Andy's they didn't have the part to fix it. Strangely, we did eventualy have to switch vehicles and both seat belts in the second car did not perform properly. Small things like this because they involve safety issues are very important
