Car I thought I was renting had enough room for 4 people and luggage, Kia Sorento ,or similar, the car I got would not accommodate our luggage. When I asked for a "better" / larger car for one day to return to the airport I was given a quote of an additional $159+ that I found unacceptable.

Hadn't specified LH or RH drive as we were told all smaller vehicles were RH (we had Rio)...when we got to car it was LH but they immediately found us a RH unit and sent us on our way....staff very friendly and accommodating but make sure you make a reservation as they were out of cars when we were returning ours
