The first car was old and in very poor condition. Went to Seven Mile Beach location and exchanged it for a very nice Kia K5. Replacement was great!

The only thing was very minor--the gas tank was not actually full when we picked up the car. That is not a big problem and everything was terrific.

Only one person working at the desk and there was a family in front of us. Had to wait about 15 minutes before we were helped. Found out they did NOT have a full size sedan as we had reserved. The family in front of us took the last one on site. We were offered a Kia soul or a smaller car. Accepted the smaller car as we were not given any better options. Why even make a reservation if it is not honored?
