We asked for an 8 person van, was told they weren't any, next asked for a 7 or 5 person suv. We received a car.

Took an hour to get a vehicle. First van was trashed with non-working radio. Second van that we accepted had a flat tire when we picked it up. Was told it did not leak. Had to air it up 3 times in a week. AC did not work well.
